End machining and nut scope
If the quotation covers end machining, confirm the fixed side, the supported side, bearing journals, lock nut thread, keyway, coupling end and support unit model. Nut style, flange direction, preload or clearance should also be written into the quotation.
Packing and delivery boundaries
Packing should state rust prevention, carton, hard tube, wooden case, labels, carton marks and whether shipment photos are provided. Lead time should state whether it starts from order confirmation, payment received or drawing approval, so both sides read it the same way.
Confirm changes before payment
