Information we collect
When you submit an RFQ, we collect your name, company, email, country, product specifications, message, source page, referrer, and UTM parameters. Cloudflare Turnstile may process network and device information to identify automated abuse.
Why we use it
We use this information to answer quotation requests, confirm product and drawing requirements, arrange follow-up communication, protect the form, and understand which pages produce useful inquiries. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers and international processing
The site uses Cloudflare Pages, Functions, D1, and Turnstile for hosting, storage, and security; Brevo for RFQ email notifications; and Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic analysis. These providers may process data outside your country.
Analytics and your choice
Google Analytics 4 is non-essential. Analytics storage is denied by default and GA4 loads only after you explicitly allow analytics. Ad storage, ad user data, and ad personalization remain denied. You can withdraw consent at any time through Analytics preferences in the footer. Cloudflare Web Analytics provides basic traffic statistics without setting analytics cookies.
Source attribution
To identify the first source of an inquiry, this browser tab temporarily keeps the landing page, referring domain, and UTM parameters in session storage. The session data is cleared when the tab is closed. If you submit an RFQ, those source fields are retained with the inquiry to evaluate useful channels.
Retention
RFQ records are normally retained for no longer than 24 months. We may retain relevant records longer when needed for quotations, orders, after-sales support, accounting, or legal obligations. Invalid tests and spam are removed as soon as practical.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your RFQ, and you may object to non-essential follow-up. Some records cannot be deleted immediately when order, financial, or legal retention duties apply.
