Quality evidence

Ball Screw Quality Control, Inspection Reports, and Export Packing

Industrial buyers need more than a low price. They need confidence that the screw matches the drawing, the nut movement is acceptable, and long parts will arrive protected.

Ball screw inspection report and export packing preparation

Drawing Review

Confirm model, length, end machining, nut type, tolerances, and drawing revision before production.

Dimension Inspection

Check total length, thread length, journal diameter, thread, shoulder, groove, and coupling-side dimensions.

Movement Check

Review nut movement, backlash or preload requirement, noise, and assembly fit according to the application.

Shipment Records

Provide product photos, packing photos, labels, and shipment details for buyer documentation.

Packing

Long ball screws need protection against rust, impact, and bending.

Export packing should match length, weight, transport method, and customer requirements. For long screws, the package must support the part, not only cover it.

  • Apply rust prevention according to shipment and storage needs.
  • Protect thread and machined ends from impact.
  • Use hard tubes, cartons, or wooden cases depending on length and order size.
  • Fix long screws to reduce bending risk during transport.
  • Send packing photos before shipment when requested.
